The top image is my favorite in the ice series, because at first blush it’s other-worldly, inter-galactic, but it’s really pure, straight nature. That’s what I’m guessing, anyhow.

Thanks, Brian. Yes the top photo, though color enhanced and with some effects added (I can’t help myself), has no mirroring like most of my others in this series.

Brian has done some nice images and films on the Richmond Burlesque Revue at the VMFA while we have been photographing ice. Presenting the bump & grind in a flattering way is not an easy task. Well done Brian! I’ve seen too much of our local Burlesque filmed really horrid.
