Weezie and I spotted some good new rootball territory on our way home from Three Lakes Park, today. This required some borderline trespassing on a utility right-of-way, and we had to work our way through thicker than usual thickets, but we did well. The first thing we saw was a whitetail deer kicking away through the field in front of us – a good sign. Then we found a cluster of multi-tree rootballs. The one in the picture is about 18 feet high. There are lots more. Going back in the morning on the dirt bike.
